Job Title: Officer/ Assistant Manager- Supply ChainLocation: Bangkok, ThailandEmployment Type: Full-TimeLanguage: Thai & English mustExperience: 1-3 YearsJob Summary: The Supply Chain person will be responsible for managing procurement logistics, coordinating customs clearance processes, maintaining customer relationships via CRM systems, and assisting with basic financial documentation. The ideal candidate must have a solid understanding of Thailand’s import/export regulations and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Supply Chain & LogisticsManage procurement orders from vendors and ensure timely delivery. Coordinate with freight forwarders and shipping agents for import/export logistics. Oversee inventory movement and warehousing.
Customs & ClearanceHandle all documentation related to Thai customs clearance. Liaise with customs agents to ensure compliance with local regulations. Track shipments and resolve any clearance-related issues. CRM & Client ManagementMaintain client databases using CRM software. Follow up on client queries, updates, and documentation. Support business development team with quotations and proposals. Basic Accounting & DocumentationPrepare and maintain basic accounting records (invoice, PO, GRN, etc. ). Coordinate with finance team on vendor payments and petty cash handling. Reconcile delivery and invoice records for reporting purposes. Qualifications: Any Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant work experience in Thailand. Fluent in Thai and English (spoken and written). Knowledge of Thai import/export regulations and documentation. Familiarity with CRM systems (e. g. , Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce). Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Basic knowledge of accounting and ERP systems is a plus. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
