NPI Junior Engineer Assist in product design and development activities including drafting, prototyping and testing.Perform data collection, testing and basic analysis to support quality and process improvements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, quality and supply chain.Maintain engineering documentation and assist with engineering change orders (ECOs).Assist in vendor and supplier communications as needed.QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor or Master's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering or any related Engineering field.At least 0 - 2 years of experience in manufacturing but fresh graduate are encourage to apply.Familiarity with manufacturing processes and quality principles is a plus.Proficiency in Microsoft officeBasic understanding of engineering drawings and technical documentations.----NPI Engineer BSupport supplier development activities including supplier selection, qualification and process audits.Track NPI project schedules, deliverables, and risk mitigation plans; reports status to management.Assist in the implementation of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to improve yield, reduce cost and shorten cycle time.Manage engineering change orders (ECO's) related to manufacturing processes and support engineering change management.QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor or Master's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering or any related fields.At least 0-3 years of experience in manufacturing product development or engineering.Strong communication skills.Analytical ThinkerBasic Knowledge of statistical tools (SPC, Minitab, Excel-based analysis)Adaptability Skills.----NPI Engineer ACollaborate with the NPI and Manufacturing teams to identify and address design or process issues early in the production life cycle.Support new product introductions by coordinating prototype builds, documenting assembly/test procedures, and assisting in design reviews.Participate in root cause analysis and help implement corrective actions during pilot and production builds.Document and manage engineering change orders (ECOs) in the PLM system.QUALIFICATIONS:Graduate of bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, and Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering (or related field)With at least 4 to 6 years of work experience in manufacturing product development, or engineering.Basic knowledge of statistical tools (SPC, Minitab, Excel-based analysis).----NPI Senior EngineerCollaborate with R&D, Design Engineering, Quality., procurement and manufacturing teams to ensure smooth product launches.Develop, review and improve manufacturing processes, test procedures, tooling and assembly documentation.Coordinate and execute pilot builds, resolve technical issues, and document lessons learned.Track and report on NPI Program milestones, risks, and deliverables.Mentor junior engineers and support the development of NPI best practice across the organization.QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor or Master's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering or any related field.At least 6-8 years of progressive experience in product development or manufacturing engineering.Strong communication skills.Analytical thinkerLeadership & Team CoordinationTime Management & PrioritizationAdaptability in fast-paced environments.
