You’ll work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, to enable smooth transitions from design to manufacturing.Key Responsibilities:Involved in automation machine development.Responsible for planning and organizing machine delivery schedules based on project urgency.Coordinate between the project team and designers on machine/project requirements.Assist in machinery setup and evaluate machine performance.Prepare technical reports and documentation.Perform other duties as assigned by management from time to time.Qualification & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related Engineering discipline. Master’s degree is an added advantage.Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role, with proven project leadership experience.Strong background in manufacturing operations and production automation/machinery.Proficient in project management tools.Able to read mechanical drawings and schematics.Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Experience with FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and SAT (Site Acceptance Test) is a plus.Familiarity with PFMEA and 7 QC tools is preferable.
