Engineer – New Product Introduction (NPI)Are you passionate about bringing innovative products to life and driving excellence in manufacturing?We’re looking for a dynamic Engineer – New Product Introduction to join our team!In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our product industrialization process — turning customer concepts into high-quality, manufacturable products while ensuring alignment with our organization’s standards of safety, efficiency, and quality.🔧 What You’ll DoLead and coordinate New Product Industrialization and project planning activities.Evaluate product feasibility and DFM (Design for Manufacturing) aspects.Define ideal manufacturing process flows with operator safety in mind.Create process routings, manage ERP updates, and prepare visual aids & work instructions.Supervise sample production and support FAIR processes.Manage Engineering Change Notices (ECN) and initiate Engineering Change Requests (ECR).Communicate directly with customers during product implementation.Analyze PCB Gerber data, initiate stencil orders, and collaborate with fabricators.Design, simulate, and release tools, jigs, solder pallets, and production aids in collaboration with our in-house workshop.Evaluate machinery and tooling needs to support manufacturing optimization.Drive process automation and envision the next level of manufacturing excellence.🎓 QualificationsBSc in Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering from a recognized university/institute.Minimum 2 years of experience in an electro-mechanical manufacturing environment.Strong technical background with exposure to ERP systems, robotics, automation, 3D modeling, and simulation.Fluency in German and/or experience in bare PCB manufacturing is a plus!If you’re an engineer who loves turning ideas into reality and thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment, we’d love to hear from you. 🌟📩 Apply now and take the lead in shaping the future of manufacturing!#Hiring #EngineeringJobs #NewProductIntroduction #Manufacturing #Electronics #Mechatronics #ProcessEngineering #Automation #CareerOpportunity #JoinOurTeam
