As of today, Luna is the giving service to local and international customers with more than 750 employees within two facilities and improving its products by R&D Center located in Izmir.What will your day/week look like with us:Planning, developing, and optimizing the production processes of new products.Ensuring coordination between design, testing, and production teams during the transition from product design to the production line.Ensuring the inclusion of Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Test (DFT) criteria in the product development process.Managing prototype production and pilot production processes; analyzing test results and providing improvement recommendations.Ensuring compliance with production processes and quality criteria, preparing and updating process documentation.Organizing and supporting training for production teams on new products.Conducting product cost analyses and working to optimize production costs.Identifying process issues and developing solutions in collaboration with production and quality management.Ensuring adherence to project schedules and providing regular reports to relevant stakeholders.Assessing supplier processes and material suitability, and monitoring their integration into production processes.What are the requirements that we expect from a successful talent:Graduated from related undergraduate programs,At least 3 years of experience in NPI engineering,Good command of written and spoken English,Experience with SAP,Experience in applying DFM/DFT principles,Knowledge about electronic card (SMT-THT) production processes,Project management and process coordination skills,High analytical thinking and problem-solving skillsTeam-oriented, result-driven, and disciplined.We value and encourage diversity in our team.
