It is an ideal role for a newly qualified FS-trained accountant seeking their first move into industry. Who should apply?Recently/Newly Qualified accountants:ACA/ACCA Qualified AccountantTrained in a Big 4/Top 10 Audit Firm/Industry trainedAmbitious with an analytic mindsetFS experience would be beneficial but not essentialExcellent communication and interpersonal skills Role and Reporting LinesThis role reports directly to the Finance Manager and will involve:Gathering, validating, and compiling quantitative and qualitative financial information as part of the team.Preparing key month-end data tasks, including premium, claims, and expense reconciliations.Assisting with year-end financial audits, including the preparation of disclosure notes.Supporting quarterly forecasting, annual budgeting processes, and ad-hoc business requests.Ensuring compliance by participating in end-to-end process controls testing and identifying areas for improvement.Contributing to projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, capacity development, and customer value.Leading, motivating, and developing new or part-qualified team members to ensure high-quality outputs and professional growth.Interested in this position?To apply, please submit your CV to Emma Murphy who is managing this assignment via the link below
