We are seeking a passionate and experienced Softscape Nursery Manager to oversee our flourishing nursery in Riyadh. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in nurturing and growing a diverse collection of plants.Responsibilities:Oversight: Manage the day-to-day operations of the nursery, including plant selection, propagation, care, and sales.Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of skilled horticulturalists and nursery workers.Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of plant stock, ensuring proper inventory levels and rotation.Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers in selecting plants and offering expert advice.Sustainability Initiatives: Implement sustainable practices to minimize the nursery's environmental impact.Qualifications and Experience:Minimum 5-10 years of experience in horticulture, with at least 5 years in a KSA landscape market.Bachelor's degree in agricultural engineering, botany, or a related field.In-depth knowledge of plant species, propagation techniques, and plant care requirements.Strong leadership and organizational skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to manage a team effectively.Experience in retail sales and customer service.Desired Skills:Knowledge of landscape design and plant selection for various climates.Experience in sustainable gardening practices.Proficiency in plant identification and classification.A passion for plants and a commitment to environmental stewardship.Arabic and English languages.
