And of course, in your ideas to improve lives while preserving our planet’s beauty for the generations to come.About The RoleOur Engineering team is integrated in the Maintenance Department and focuses on improving the reliability of the assets through a long-term excellence maintenance strategy and Reliability Excellence in collaboration with other departments in the organization.As a Reliability Engineer, you will work to support the maintenance team and ensure asset integrity planning is effectively implemented. You will get the opportunity to contribute to the plant assets reliability and have a positive impact on Operation Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) complying to the Solvay Life Saving Rules (SLSR) and local regulations. You will be accountable for:Review, support, and improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs and practicesConduct studies to identify potential improvements in equipment and maintenance processesAnalyze repeated maintenance work and establish bad-actor data to develop prioritized reliability improvement plansCollect, analyze, and report OEE data according to company standardsProvide technical support in reliability and troubleshooting of equipment issuesImplement the Condition-Based Monitoring (CBM) ProgramImplement the Reliability Excellence programWe offer a permanent contract based on on-site working mode.About YouRelevant education degree or equivalent in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering. Relevant work experience minimum of 10 years of experience in Petrochemical/Chemical plants within Maintenance or Reliability fields (at least 5 years in Reliability). Master degree, as well as vibration analyst certificate CAT II is a plus.Competencies:Strong knowledge of mechanical rotating equipmentStrong knowledge on the CBM analysis, able to interpret spectrum plotStrong knowledge on Asset Criticality Analysis, FMEA, Bad Actors Management, RCA/ RCI methodology, and the use of other Asset Reliability toolsStrong knowledge of Root Cause Investigation (RCI) MethodWorking knowledge of mechanical static, materials, and E&I disciplines.Working knowledge in SAP and related engineering/maintenance databases and toolsKnowledge on Asset Integrity ManagementBehaviors:Strong contributor to building and maintaining a proactive safety and well-being cultureAbility to establish, monitor, and analyze key maintenance metrics/ KPIProficiency in conducting gap analyses and developing follow-up action plansAbout The PayAttractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. The base pay expected for this role is SAR 325,000- SAR 406,000 per year in Saudi Arabia.Your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience.
