If you thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and want to make a real impact on customer satisfaction and operational excellence, we’d love to hear from you.💼 About the RoleAs an O2C Order & Commercial Conditions Analyst German Speaking you’ll play a key role in ensuring seamless order processing and commercial condition management across Europe & MEA. You’ll be part of a team that drives operational efficiency, supports product fulfilment, and contributes to a positive customer experience.🔑 Key ResponsibilitiesOrder Management Excellence – Capture, validate, and process customer orders in SAP, ensuring accuracy and compliance with business rules.Issue Resolution – Troubleshoot technical issues across order entry and invoicing channels, resolving IDOC failures and coordinating with IT and other teams. Commercial Conditions Maintenance – Upload and manage commercial agreements and pricing conditions, ensuring alignment with policy and compliance standards.Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with Sales, Trade, IT, and Finance to ensure timely updates and resolution of commercial and order-related issues. Continuous Improvement – Identify and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and reduce exceptions.Compliance & Controls – Ensure adherence to preventive controls and regulatory compliance in all commercial condition activities.Customer-Centric Mindset – Deliver high-quality service with a focus on customer satisfaction and operational precision.🎯 Key RequirementsLanguages – Fluent in English and German (written and verbal).Experience – 2–4 years in order processing, customer service, or contract management, ideally in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.Technical Skills – Proficient in SAP (S4 Hana preferred), Microsoft Excel, and OCR tools (advantageous).Analytical Thinking – Strong problem-solving and financial acumen with attention to detail.Collaboration – Proven ability to work cross-functionally and resolve issues with internal stakeholders.Adaptability – Comfortable with change, able to work under pressure, and committed to continuous learning.Ownership & Leadership – Self-motivated, organized, and capable of leading by example to deliver results.🌱 What Makes This Role SpecialAt Opella, we believe in diversity, equity, and inclusion.
