As O2C Global Process Excellence Lead – Reporting & Forecasting, you will drive strategic initiatives to optimize reporting and forecasting processes, ensuring global standardization and operational efficiency. This is a leadership role for someone passionate about process innovation, technology, and stakeholder engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Optimize Core Model: Lead the development and continuous improvement of global O2C processes for reporting, forecasting, and revenue recognition.Governance & Compliance: Implement audit frameworks and monitor adherence to global standards across regions.Global Projects: Drive technology implementations, automation, and AI initiatives to enhance efficiency.Performance Monitoring: Use advanced reporting tools (Power BI, dashboards) to track KPIs and identify improvement opportunities.Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with regional and global teams to ensure alignment and collaboration.Process Simplification: Introduce innovative, future-ready solutions to streamline operations.Benchmark & Innovate: Conduct benchmarking and implement best practices for world-class processing.What We’re Looking ForThese are the MUST-HAVE skills and experience for success in this role:✅ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or equivalent✅ 3–6 years’ experience in CI2C/O2C (Credit Management, Collections, Cash Application, Month Closing) in a global, multicultural environment✅ Strong Accounting Background with hands-on experience in revenue recognition and AR processes✅ Technical Expertise: SAP (preferably S/4), Power BI, TM1, automation tools (PowerAutomate, Innowera), and advanced Excel✅ Deep understanding of Order-to-Cash and Customer Invoice-to-Cash activities✅ Leadership skills to lead projects and engage remote teams effectively✅ Excellent Stakeholder Management and communication across global teamsWhy Join Us?At Opella Consumer Healthcare, we value diversity and inclusion.
