Business Development - Road Freight Forwarding

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Professional with a passion for customer service & business development, to join our Road Freight Forwarding team. As a Business Development Professional, you will actively seek out and engage customer experience and portfolio growth domestically (within Greece), internationally, or a combination of both.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing customized solutions for clients in cooperation with operations, and maintaining strong relationships to drive revenue growth in the Road Freight transportation sector. Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunitiesBuild and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clientsCooperation in developing customized solutions to meet client needsNegotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to maximize revenueIdentify opportunities for market expansionDeliver compelling sales presentations and proposalsRequirementsProven track record of success in sales, preferably in the road transportation fieldStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent negotiation skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamTo qualify for the role, you must have:

Demonstrated experience in a comparable role, preferably in the Road Freight Forwarding, Supply Chain, or Logistics industry, depending on seniorityProficiency in Microsoft Office and Road Freight management software (e. g.
