We are supporting them in the search for an Infectious Disease Specialist (occupational health advisor), a key role within their Worker Health Program, focused on protecting employees who work with or near biological agents.Contract Type: 9-month initial contract (20H TO 24H PER WEEK)Location: Hybrid Utrecht(minimum 1 day on-site)Start Date: ASAPResponsibilitiesAdvise on and develop vaccination policies for employees at increased risk of infection.Assess exposure risks during incidents involving biological agents and recommend post-exposure measures.Support outbreak management and contact tracing within the organization.Contribute to the development of protocols for infection prevention and post-exposure prophylaxis.Collaborate with EHS, HR, and occupational health physicians to develop preventive health measures.Monitor trends in infectious diseases and advise on additional preventive actions.Ensure compliance with internal standards and relevant laws and regulations.QualificationsMedical specialist in infectious diseases, medical microbiology, or occupational medicine.Experience with vaccination programs and infection prevention in healthcare, laboratory, or pharmaceutical settings.Knowledge of relevant legislation (e.g., Arbowet, WGBO, BioSafety).Strong analytical and communication skills.Proven ability to collaborate across disciplines in complex organizational environments.
