Occupational Health and Safety Specialist

We are looking for a Health and Safety Specialist for our global business partner operating in the field of industrial manufacturing.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering or Occupational Health and Safety.Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within industrial manufacturing companies.Possession of at least a Class B Occupational Safety Certificate.Strong knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety Law No. 6331 and related regulations, as well as the Environmental Law No. 2872 and its regulations.Hands-on experience in field safety applications.Proven problem-solving skills both in theory and practice.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Fluent in English.Active driver’s license.No restrictions on domestic or international travel.Job DescriptionEnsure that risk assessments are conducted in all departments, make recommendations on preventive measures, and follow up on implementation.Conduct on-site inspections of work areas and employees, report non-conformities, identify corrective actions, provide recommendations, and ensure timely follow-up.Investigate occupational accidents and occupational diseases, identify root causes, and develop measures to prevent recurrence.Analyze near-miss incidents that could potentially harm personnel, equipment, or the workplace, and define preventive measures.Perform permit-to-work inspections and approve activities requiring safety authorization.Update emergency plans, participate in trainings and drills.Oversee machine commissioning processes, report any non-conformities, recommend corrective actions, and monitor their implementation.Ensure legal compliance and prepare related reports.Provide Occupational Health and Safety training to employees in accordance with relevant legislation.Record OHS data in the system and prepare reports.Enter and monitor OHS and Environmental KPI data and track related action plans.“Linkedin üzerinden elektronik olarak ileteceğiniz kişisel bilgileriniz, 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu ve ilgili mevzuat çerçevesinde, Adecco Türkiye/LHH (Adecco Group Türkiye) tarafından korunmaktadır.
