Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Occupational Health Safety Security & Environment Manager, located in Abuja. The manager will be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of all employees, overseeing environmental health and safety (EHS) programs, managing occupational health protocols, and conducting accident investigations. Additionally, the manager will provide training to staff on safety practices, compliance, and risk mitigation. This role involves daily oversight of safety operations, development and implementation of safety policies, and maintaining regulatory compliance. Qualifications Health & Safety, Environment Health and Safety (EHS), and Occupational Health skillsExperience in Accident InvestigationSkills in providing Training on safety practices, compliance, and risk mitigationBachelor's degree in Occupational Health, Safety Management, Environmental Science, or related fieldStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and make informed decisions under pressureCertifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent are a plus
