Occupational therapist - Tamheer

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our rehabilitation team. This role is ideal for a new graduate or early-career therapist who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to high-quality client-centered care.Key ResponsibilitiesAssess patients’ functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans.Provide evidence-based OT interventions to improve independence in daily activities.Document assessments, goals, and progress notes in accordance with professional and organizational standards.Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (PT, SLP, Nursing, Physicians, etc.).Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques, safety, and home programs.Participate in team meetings, case discussions, and professional development activities.QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.Valid OT license from SCFHSValid BLS licenseExperience in Rehab setting is preferred.
