We are committed to providing ethical, patient-centered, and technology-enabled medical services.Role DescriptionProvide high-quality virtual consultations and ensure all medical documentation meets QR Digital Clinic and MOH standards.Complete and sign patient notes, electronic prescriptions, and follow-up plans within the required time frame.Maintain an active and valid license from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) and all required certifications (e.g., BLS, ACLS).Adhere to all QR Digital Clinic policies, procedures, and ethical standards, including data privacy, telehealth practice, and patient rights.Participate in quality improvement activities, audits, and peer-review processes as required.Respond promptly to administrative, clinical, or insurance-related queries concerning patient care.Ensure that all patient data and electronic communications comply with Saudi Data & Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA) and NPHIES data-protection standards.QualificationsValid SCFHS license in Geriatric or Internal Medicine.Active BLS/ACLS certifications.Minimum 3 years of experience in elderly or chronic-care management.Strong knowledge of MOH Telehealth Regulations and compliance with SDAIA/NPHIES standards.Proficient in electronic documentation, e-prescriptions, and virtual follow-ups.Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.Demonstrated professionalism, punctuality, and ethical practice.
