The consultant will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, configuring and customizing the Odoo system to meet client needs, providing end-user support, and facilitating system adoption. Additional responsibilities include documenting processes, training users, and collaborating with technical teams to implement efficient solutions.QualificationsExperience with creating SaaS products based on Odoo CEStrong analytical skills to assess business needs and identify effective solutionsExcellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team membersKnowledge of business processes with expertise in Consulting and FinanceExperience with Odoo ERP Community EditionBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related fieldAbility to adapt to hybrid work environments and collaborate across teamsProblem-solving aptitude and attention to detailNice to Have Willingness to learn constantly and work proactively Accounting background Prior experience at a startup Experience in the gold and Jewelry industry Experience with other ERP systems Experience in Pre-Sales
