PT Sarana Berkat is a subsidiary of Sumber Berkat Group, a leading distributor of automotive parts and accessories in Indonesia. The company focuses on distributing automotive spare parts and accessories from well-known international brands such as HELLA and PIAA.Location: Petojo, Central Jakarta (Head Office)Key Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the CEO and management team.Organize and maintain executive schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required by management.Assist in coordinating inter-departmental communication and follow up on ongoing projects.Maintain documentation, filing systems, and records to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.Support in preparing business reports, meeting minutes, and internal memos.Liaise with external stakeholders, vendors, and business partners when necessary.Perform general office management tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.Qualifications:Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Business Administration, Management, or a related major.Minimum 1 years of experience in administrative, secretarial, or office management roles — experience supporting senior management or directors is a plus point.Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Fluent in English (both spoken and written) is a must.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general office tools.High attention to detail, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.Willing to work on Saturday (half day) schedule.
