You’ll be providing hands-on administrative support across the business—from HR coordination and system management to board reporting, LinkedIn, and marketing communications.The position is parttime and flexible on hours, averaging 3-5 hours per day.Providing day-to-day administrative support to the CEOCoordinating diaries, correspondence, and document preparationSupporting HR activities including onboarding and maintaining staff recordsManaging company systems and databasesAssisting with board reports, presentations, and meeting documentationDrafting LinkedIn posts and company communicationsCoordinating purchasing activities and tracking pilot-plant suppliesAssisting with accounts payable processesSupporting general office admin, travel, and event coordinationHelping a growing business with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset The Individual (You)What you’ll need to have:Experience in an administrative support role—ideally in a fast-growing company environmentPreferably degree qualified but not essential with the right experienceExcellent organisational and multitasking skillsStrong attention to detailConfident written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and ExcelExperience with systems or database toolsBasic understanding of accounts payable processesAbility to work independently and maintain confidentiality Application processIf you are excited about the opportunity and believe you have the attitude, skills and experience to help Alluminous deliver its strategy, apply at info@alluminous.com.auPlease note: Candidates will be considered via direct application only.
