This role plays an essential part in coordinating performance review cycles, ensuring documentation accuracy, and maintaining structured evaluation records across the organisation.Role Responsibilities1. Performance Cycle AdministrationSupport the preparation and rollout of formal performance review cyclesCoordinate timelines, distribute evaluation materials, and ensure adherence to assessment schedulesAct as a point of contact for employees and managers regarding review proceduresEnsure all performance activities align with internal frameworks and policy standards2. Documentation Control & Quality AssuranceMaintain centralised, well-organised repositories for assessment documentationConduct accuracy checks on submitted evaluation forms to ensure data integrityManage version control and uphold strict confidentiality requirementsPrepare consolidated documentation packages for HR leadership and audit purposes3. Data Tracking & Reporting SupportMonitor completion status and maintain up-to-date tracking dashboardsIdentify outstanding or overdue items and support timely follow-upAssist in generating summary insights for HR review discussionsEnsure historical performance records are well-organised for reporting and complianceSkills & CapabilitiesStrong operational discipline with exceptional attention to detailAbility to manage multiple deadlines within structured evaluation cyclesProficiency in spreadsheets and digital record managementProfessional communication skills, both written and verbalDemonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive informationInterest in HR operations, performance frameworks, and organisational developmentWork ArrangementHybrid working modelOne-week structured online training providedBased in Melbourne
