Primary DetailsTime Type: Full timeWorker Type: EmployeePersonal AssistantLocation: SydneyType: Permanent, full timeHybrid role, Happy to talk flexible workingThe opportunityWe are looking for a proactive Personal Assistant to be the organisational “engine room” for two General Managers in a fast‑paced, externally‑facing environment. You’ll anticipate needs, clear the path for impact, and create time and headspace where it matters most—supporting day‑to‑day delivery of the department’s strategic objectives.Your new roleYou’ll keep priorities on track and make sure our leaders and teams deliver with pace and clarity. In this role, you will:Manage complex calendars and inboxes, triaging and prioritising to protect focus time.Coordinate meetings end‑to‑end, including agendas, packs, minutes and follow‑ups.Organise interstate travel and briefing packs in line with policy.Handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.Support expense and approval processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies.Build team connection through proactive communication and coordination of staff updates.About YouYou are organised, composed and a critical thinker—someone who knows what's important and thinks two steps ahead.
