Office Administrator$20-25 per hour2 month contractCalgary, AB (On-site)Your New CompanyHays Specialist Recruitment is partnering with a global real estate investment, development, and management firm. This role is based in Calgary and focuses on delivering exceptional customer and resident service.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome new residents and guests, ensuring a comfortable experience.Monitor guest traffic and parking garage for team members and vendors.Answer and transfer phone calls, assist with request callbacks.Manage package deliveries: document and notify residents promptly.Act as the primary point of contact for residents, responding within 24 hours to inquiries or complaints.Provide a personalized experience emphasizing care and convenience for residents.Engage with residents to foster positive relationships and confirm expectations are met.Assist with leasing overflow when needed, including booking and occasional tours.What You Need to Succeed2–3 years of administrative experience.Strong organizational and time management skills.Sales experience is an asset.Comfortable conducting property tours when required.Experience with high-rise portfolios.Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Teams, Outlook; familiarity with Intrata internally.What’s in It for YouThis role offers the opportunity to join a respected real estate organization and deliver exceptional customer service in a premium property environment.
