Data Entry / Office AdministratorWe’re seeking a professional and detail-oriented Data Entry / Office Administrator to join a busy and growing construction team.In this varied role, you’ll play a key part in keeping the office running smoothly. Handling everything from data entry and purchase orders to invoicing, stock library management and general administrative support. You’ll be the go-to person for ensuring that records, systems and communications are accurate, organised and up to date.Key ResponsibilitiesCollect, input and maintain data within company databases and systemsCreate and update product codes and stock catalogues for purchasingProcess purchase orders and match invoices within Sage and CRM softwareTransfer physical records into digital files and maintain organised filing systemsGenerate cost reports and maintain spreadsheets for cost comparisonsSupport the Business Manager with day-to-day office operationsLiaise with suppliers, clients, subcontractors and site teamsManage reception duties, calls, deliveries, post and meeting arrangementsMonitor and replenish office suppliesAbout YouMethodical, organised and proactiveStrong attention to detail with excellent communication skillsAble to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesConfident with Microsoft Excel and general office softwareExperience with Sage or other accounting systems preferredPrior experience in data entry, administration or a construction-related environment is beneficialThe OfferFull-time, permanent position26 days holiday plus bank holidaysIf you’re highly organised, enjoy working in a collaborative office environment, and take pride in maintaining accuracy and efficiency, we’d love to hear from you.
