The ideal candidate will be someone with proficient communication skills, strong typing skills, proven ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment and committed to providing the best support possible to ongoing objectives of the company.ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support to the Fire and Sprinkler side of the businessComplete data management processes; filing and uploading documentation into ERP systemAssisting with reports, invoicing, inventory transactions and quotes including distribution and uploadingCoordinate the return of damaged material to suppliers for creditCustomer service duties, including reception duties on a back-up basisAccounts payable processing and other administrative tasks as requiredQualifications:Strong typing skills with excellent attention to detailPost-Secondary Education in Business Administration or related field; or 3-5 years' working experience in office administrationAbility to multi-task and be a versatile team memberProficient in Microsoft Office Programs (PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook)Experience in ERP/Data Management/HRIS Systems and advanced computer ability considered a strong assetIndustry experience in Fire and Life Safety considered and asset but not requiredStrong organizational skills are requiredWe are looking for someone with positive interpersonal skills and an ability to work well in a team environment, as well as independentlyWhy Work With Troy?Troy offers an excellent compensation package including a comprehensive benefits program and paid sick days.
