This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your career in healthcare administration while making a meaningful difference in patients’ lives.DutiesProvide comprehensive administrative support within a busy multidisciplinary office, including scheduling appointments, managing patient intake, and coordinating care plans.Handle front desk responsibilities such as greeting patients, answering multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette, and managing patient check-in and check-out processes.Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.Manage incoming callsPerform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining organized records.Provide clerical support, including third party billing, scanning, and document preparation.Utilize JANE APP for scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and creating documents.Assist with customer service inquiries, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.Maintain a clean and organized reception area to create a welcoming environment.Collaborate with team members to support various administrative functions as needed.Oversee daily operations of the front desk and administrative functions to ensure smooth patient flow.Analyze patient feedback and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.-Maintain knowledge of third party insurances and office procedures to assist staff as needed.Ensure the effective use of phone systems for efficient communication with patients.RequirementsPrevious experience in office setting is preferred.Proficiency in electronic medical records systems such as JANE APP and Google Drive is highly desirable.Strong administrative skills with a focus on office management and patient relations.Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to Multidisciplinary practices.Excellent ENGLISH communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with patients and staff.Ability to multitask in a FAST-PACED environment while maintaining attention to detail.Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to improving patient experiences.Multitasking Abilities are requiredIf you are passionate about enhancing patient experiences in a healthcare setting and possess the required skills, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity.Job Type: Full-timePay: $20.00-$23.00 per hourExpected hours: 30 – 40 per weekBenefits:Health spending accountCasual dressPaid time offCompany eventsExtended health careWork Location: In person
