Job Description

The Role: We’re looking for a proactive Office Administrator who brings energy, initiative, and a positive attitude to our growing team in Dubai. In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping our office running smoothly, supporting both our employees and visitors, and contributing to a welcoming, efficient, and well-coordinated environment.The main responsibilities of the position include:Greeting visitors, clients, and staff in a friendly and professional mannerManage incoming calls, emails, and correspondenceSchedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookingsHandle courier and mail services (incoming and outgoing)Maintain and organize digital and physical files, documents, and office recordsPrepare reports, presentations, and documentation as requiredAssist with travel arrangements, expense reporting and calendar managementOrder and manage office supplies and equipment inventoryEnsure the office space is clean, safe, and well-maintainedLiaise with building management, service providers, and vendorsCoordinate facility maintenance and IT support requestsMonitor office budgets and assist with invoicing or petty cash handlingMain requirements:University degree in Office Administration or any other related fieldAt least 2 years of experience in a similar roleExcellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office toolsOutstanding communication and interpersonal skillsResponsible and professional in respect to appearance, behaviour and conductOrganised, methodological with a high attention to detailAbility to maintain confidentiality in all situationsBenefit from:Attractive remuneration packagePrivate health insuranceIntellectually stimulating work environmentContinuous personal development and international training opportunitiesAll applications will be treated with strict confidentiality!
