Location: Tripoli, LibyaAbout the Role:We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This role is a central hub, combining responsibilities in office management, business administration, and training coordination.Key Responsibilities:Office & Business Management:Manage daily office operations, supplies, and vendor relations.Handle travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and administrative support to the team.Implement and maintain office procedures and filing systems.Training Coordination:Coordinate all logistics for training programs (schedules, venues, materials, equipment).Liaise with clients, instructors, and participants.Manage training records and assist with competency assurance tracking.Financial & Reporting Support:Assist with basic bookkeeping, invoice processing, and expense reporting.Prepare regular operational and training activity reports.Required Qualifications & Skills:1-3 years of experience in an office management, business administration, or training coordinator role.Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.How to Apply:Please send your resume to 4dwellex@4dsevc.com with the subject line "Office & Business Administrator - Libya"
