We build solutions where lending and trust go hand in hand, helping partners grow with confidence and resilience.RoleTo support our growth, we are seeking an experienced candidate to join our team in managing daily operations, organizing events and team bonding as well as assisting our senior management level.ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support to the CEO, including handling meeting schedules and travel bookingsManaging office operationsDriving social and staff welfare agenda by planning bi-monthly team events, staff trainings, birthday/milestone celebrationsSupporting the Finance and HR Manager on various administrative tasks including employee on-boarding and exit procedures, the renewal of office lease, etcOversee office equipment and archival storage, office cleaning and inventory of office pantry and stationery suppliesMaintain good relationships and manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providersOther responsibilities may be required from time to timePowered by JazzHRCkSkSPyYib
