We are currently seeking a highly motivated and qualified individual to join us as a PA to CEO (Mandarin Speaker).Job Responsibilities:The Personal Assistant (Mandarin Speaker) will provides high-level administrative, organizational, and strategic support to ensure the CEO's daily operations run efficiently. This role handles confidential information, manages schedules, coordinates communication, and supports the CEO in decision-making, project execution, and business activities.Requirement:Bachelor’s degree in Mandarin Language, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related discipline.Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin is mandatory.Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and/or English is required.Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in a translation or interpreter role, preferably in a manufacturing or cosmetics industry setting.Familiarity with packaging industry is a strong advantage.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in both verbal and written translation.Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.Ability to maintain discretion and handle confidential information appropriately.Willingness to work on-site and support dynamic project timelines.Possessing a valid driving license (SIM A) and own vehicle is a plus.Willing to be placed in PIK, North Jakarta and KarawangAble to join immediatelyIf you interest or have any reference that might be fit, just send your CV through email: recruitment@nayuecosmetics.com, subject: PA to CEO - LinkedIn
