This office-based, part-time role (16 hours per week) is perfect for someone who enjoys keeping things organised, managing multiple priorities, and providing professional support to company directors.We’re looking for a proactive and well-organised Office Manager / PA to Directors to help keep the Academy running smoothly behind the scenes. This is a varied and rewarding role, supporting the Directors with day-to-day administration, diary management, and coordination across the team. You’ll also help manage bookings, invoices, and basic reports, and will occasionally assist in researching and contacting potential event opportunities for Kinetix. You’ll also play a key role in supporting our community and not-for-profit work, helping to ensure the continued success of our outreach and funded projects.
