Job Title: office ManagerLocation: [Nasr city]Job Summary: The Assistant Chief Operating Officer (Assistant COO) supports the COO in managing day-to-day operations and executing strategic initiatives across departments. This role plays a key part in overseeing major projects, ensuring operational excellence, and driving organizational efficiency and growth.Key Responsibilities:Support the COO in developing and executing operational strategies and business plans.Manage and monitor key strategic projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.Coordinate and align cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.Track and report on operational performance, identifying areas for improvement.Develop and monitor KPIs to evaluate process efficiency and business performance.Assist in driving digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.Prepare presentations, reports, and executive summaries for internal and external stakeholders.Represent the COO in meetings when required and ensure follow-up on action items.Oversee project documentation, risk management, and stakeholder communication.Support resource planning, workflow optimization, and change management activities.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA is preferred).5–8 years of experience in operations, business management, or project management roles.Proven experience leading or coordinating cross-functional projects.Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.High proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.Outstanding communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.Fluent in English and french (Arabic is a plus).Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.Core Competencies:Strategic thinking and executionLeadership and collaborationOperational excellence and process improvementData-driven decision makingStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesAttention to detail and accountability
