Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Company Secretary based in Cairo, Egypt. The Company Secretary will be responsible for managing corporate and administrative tasks, organizing meetings, maintaining company records, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory obligations. The role includes preparing agendas, taking meeting minutes, managing communications, and supporting senior management in decision-making processes. Qualifications Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detailKnowledge of legal and regulatory compliance and corporate governance practicesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in administrative tools, document management, and schedulingAnalytical mindset with problem-solving capabilitiesProficient in the use of computer software, including Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to work collaboratively and maintain confidentialityBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related fieldProfessional certification, such as Chartered Secretary, is a plus
