We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Office Manager for a mid sized corporate office.This high-ownership role involves overseeing day-to-day office management, coordinating with vendors and landlords, managing space planning and renovation projects, and supporting executive visits and corporate events. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic, service-oriented environment and is comfortable working independently with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for landlord/property manager and all vendors (cleaning, maintenance, security, insurance).Manage office equipment and services: postage, couriers, kitchen appliances, phones, security/access systems.Oversee stationery and office supplies: ordering, inventory, and replenishment.Monitor office capacity and lead space planning initiatives.Track real estate expenses against budget.Lead office-related projects such as file room conversion, reception updates, and workstation additions.Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines; supervise contractors and ensure timely delivery.Provide meeting room support and arrange catering for town halls and corporate events.
