Job Title: Office ManagerExperience Required: 5–7 years (preferably in a multinational environment) Location: [New Cairo ] Employment Type: Full-timeJob SummaryThe Office Manager will oversee daily administrative operations, ensure smooth office functioning, and support cross-functional teams in a multicultural environment. The ideal candidate has strong organizational and communication skills, experience working with multinational teams, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.Key ResponsibilitiesOffice Administration & OperationsManage day-to-day office operations, including facility maintenance, supplies management, and vendor coordination.Oversee reception, mail handling, office equipment, and meeting room scheduling.Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and global operational standards.Executive & Team SupportProvide administrative support to senior management, including scheduling, travel arrangements, expense reports, and meeting coordination.Assist cross-functional teams with documentation, presentations, and coordination of company initiatives.Vendor & Procurement ManagementNegotiate contracts with suppliers and service providers to ensure cost efficiency and quality service.Maintain inventory, manage procurement processes, and oversee vendor performance.HR & Employee SupportSupport HR functions such as onboarding, employee engagement activities, time-keeping systems, and maintaining personnel records (as applicable).Coordinate with global HR teams to align local processes with multinational standards.Finance & ReportingManage office budgets, petty cash, invoicing, and monthly expense reporting.Assist in preparing operational reports and ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping.Health, Safety & ComplianceEnsure workplace health and safety protocols are implemented and followed.Coordinate with global compliance teams on audits, policies, and internal controls.Cross-Cultural CoordinationLiaise with regional and global offices for alignment on operations, communication, and corporate initiatives.Support international visitors and ensure seamless cross-border coordination.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.5–7 years of progressive office management experience in a multinational company.Strong written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English required (additional languages a plus).Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software/tools.Experience coordinating with global teams and working in multicultural environments.Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
