Reviewer

Job purpose:The Reviewer ensures the quality, accuracy, and consistency of translated content by thoroughly reviewing and providing feedback on translations, performing QA and proofreading tasks. The role involves collaborating with project managers, translators, and clients to resolve issues and improve workflows. The Reviewer also supports team performance, drives process improvements, and helps maintain strong translation standards and on-time delivery.Key Responsibilities:Review translated content for accuracy, fluency, cultural fit, and style guide alignment.Conduct QA checks and provide clear, constructive feedback to ensure proper terminology use.Collaborate with project managers and clients to resolve translation queries and improve quality.Communicate regularly with stakeholders to address feedback and maintain high translation standards.Monitor team performance, offering feedback and coaching to improve output and productivity.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and overall quality.Own assigned projects, proactively solving issues and managing challenges to ensure timely delivery.Develop translators through coaching, training, and support for internal growth and promotions.Foster an inclusive, positive team culture that encourages open communication and continuous improvement.Requirements :+5 years experience in Translation or Localization field.Coordination effectively with a wide range of audiences in a diverse environment & Coaching people.Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.Minimum bachelor's degree or equivalent.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.High sense of urgency.Strong interpersonal skills.Effective time management.Proactive attitude.Strong Leadership skills.Attention to Detail.Client-Focused Mindset.Collaboration and Teamwork.Working Conditions:Working Days: 5 Days Off: 2 (Sat & Sun)Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Flexible hours)Location: El-Mohandeseen, Miden Lebanon, Al Jizah
