Office Manager (Travel Operations – Luxury DMC)

We Are Morocco Travel, one of Morocco’s leading DMCs, is seeking an Office Manager to join our growing team in Marrakech.We design and operate tailor-made luxury travel experiences across Morocco for some of the world’s most discerning travelers and top global travel advisors.Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Office Manager will oversee and coordinate the company’s daily operational activities, ensuring seamless execution, efficient internal organization, strong financial oversight, and consistent service excellence throughout the company.Main ResponsibilitiesOversee the daily operational activities of the company.Ensure precision and efficiency across all departments, including operations, logistics, finance coordination, and client services.Supervise the operations team, ensuring smooth workflows and high performance standards.Manage budgets, cost sheets, pricing structures, and supplier contracts with strong financial discipline.Implement operational strategies aligned with the company’s vision and growth objectives.Maintain excellent relationships with global travel partners, hotels, and key suppliers.Anticipate operational challenges, implement proactive solutions, and uphold the brand’s reputation for reliability, punctuality, and exceptional service.Provide regular reporting and strategic insights to the Managing Director.QualificationsMinimum 6 years of experience in the DMC or luxury travel industry.Proven experience in operations leadership or senior management roles.Strong understanding of logistics, budgeting, pricing, and profitability management.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and inspire teams.Fluent in English and French (Arabic or Spanish is a plus).Highly organized, solution-oriented, and committed to operational excellence.We OfferA creative and stimulating work environment with a passionate team.A key leadership role reporting directly to the Managing Director.Competitive salary package based on experience and performance.The opportunity to play a central role in shaping the operational excellence of one of Morocco’s most innovative luxury DMCs.If this position interests you and you match the required profile, please submit your application directly via our online form: https://wearemoroccotravel.com/job-application/
