ResponsibilitiesSourcing Operations:Prepare RFQs, track responses, and perform price comparisons as per SOPs.Ensure timely closure of sourcing requests within defined SLAs.Compliance & DocumentationAdhere to sourcing policies and approval hierarchies.Maintain accurate sourcing documentation and support audit readiness.Stakeholder CoordinationLiaise with procurement requesters, vendors, and internal teams for smooth transactions.Resolve basic queries and escalate complex issues to the sourcing lead.MIS & Continuous ImprovementUpdate trackers, dashboards, and MIS reports.Monitor KPIs and suggest process improvements for efficiency and vendor experience.System & GovernanceUtilize SAP MM and Ariba for sourcing workflows.Ensure compliance with SLAs and governance controls.QualificationsGraduate degree in Commerce, Management, or Engineering.2–5 years of experience in procurement operations, sourcing execution, or techno-commercial support.Certifications in Procurement or Sourcing Operations (preferred).
