Officer, IT Planning (In charge IT Governance)

Key ResponsibilitiesWork on IT internal control such as project management & coordination, IT change request process, documentation & report, inspection and regular review.Examine internal IT controls, evaluate the design and operational effectiveness, determine exposure to risk, and develop remediation strategies.Conduct efficient and effective IT audit procedures.Perform regular audit testing and provide recommendations.Review, evaluate, and test application controls.Provide recommendations and guidance on control risks.Develop a strong understanding of business and system processes.Ensure the compliance with internal/external policy/guideline, regulatorCoordinate internal/external audit activities, industrial compliance assessment with vendorsReview/update policy, guidelines and other compliance requirement.Other tasks assigned by line managerRequirementBachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent professional qualificationAt least 1-2 years’ experience of IT Admin, IT Governance and Policy Control, related filed in Banking sector or Fresh Graduation with IT fieldExperienced of system development in banking sector if preferredFamiliar with IT compliance and governance frameworks such as TRM, PCI DSS, ISO27001, COBIT, etc.Strong at project management, documentation, report writing, and presentation skillsStrong leadership, creative, dynamic, flexible, self-direct and self-motivated team playerHigh proficiency spoken and written of EnglishStrong in written and verbal communication skills, the ability to communicate effectively, and all levels of the business.
