Job Description

Job PurposeResponsible for overseeing the “meet and greet” service for guests at the airport. Ensures that service standards are implemented consistently by all subordinates and aligned with relevant divisions to deliver and execute service excellence to both internal and external customers.Duties And ResponsibilitiesEnsure Compliance to Rules and RegulationsEnsures compliance with all NagaWorld’s standards or relevant industry standards during all aspects of workEnsures all employees adherence to NagaWorld’s Code of Conduct, Internal Rules, and Regulations at all timesGeneral Job FunctionsWelcomes and greets guests with a smile at arrivals and departures; ensures timely presence at airport terminals and verifies flight status, communicating any changes to supervisors and relevant teamsCoordinates efficiently with VIP Limo and Transport teams to ensure smooth guest pick-up and drop-off, monitors transport timing, and arranges alternative transport promptly if needed without inconveniencing guestsAssists VIP guests throughout airport processes, including customs clearance, luggage handling, check-in, boarding passes, and health and safety protocols such as Ministry of Health testing and hygiene standardsVerifies passenger manifests against CRM schedules, confirms actual guest numbers, screens guests against banned lists, and manages any discrepancies with coordination with related departmentsManages, trains, and supervises subordinate staff to ensure adherence to company, airport, and department policies, proper Leads and coaches staff to maintain service excellence, positive guest engagement, and appropriate disciplinary action for policy violations, while monitoring performance and reporting progress to managementEnsures effective communication with all relevant departments for seamless arrival and departure experiences, handling guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly within capacityImplements and maintains service standards aligned with organizational goals, supporting the delivery of outstanding service to internal and external customersAny other tasks assignedQualificationsBachelor’s Degree or equivalent education requiredSound knowledge of immigration, customs, airline, and airport processesEfficient in oral and written communicationDetail-oriented, with strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skillsStrong leadership, organizational, communication, human-relations, and decision-making skillsAbility to work under pressurePatient and willing to work overtime when requiredMinimum of 3 years of relevant work experienceProficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, OutlookEnglish language proficiencyWorking ConditionsThis position may require extended working hours and may include evenings, weekends, and public holidays.Direct ReportsAny person(s) nominated by management.How To ApplyPlease submit CV, highlighting job position to careers@nagaworld.comTalent Acquisition – Group Human ResourcesNagaWorld® LimitedSamdech Techo Hun Sen Park, Phnom Penh, Kingdom of Cambodia.Follow us: Facebook / Telegram
