This role assists in identifying market opportunities, supporting product evolution, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet customer needs. The Senior FBB Product Specialist collaborates across teams to support product implementation and ensure alignment with business goals, helping Smart become a leading provider in home connectivity and entertainment.Market Analysis & Product EvolutionConducts research on local and global fixed broadband trends to identify market needs and potential product enhancementsAssists in generating ideas for FBB product advancements and supports alignment with Smart's strategic vision.Collaborates with the Product Manager to prepare product requirements and gap improvement or suggestions. Product Development & CoordinationWorks closely with the IT/Development team, field Op teams, Operational team, Sales team and key stakeholders to gather feedback for product improvement.Assists in documenting product specifications, enhancements, and concept papers.Supports the creation of product presentations for internal and external stakeholders Innovation SupportContributes to product innovation by identifying potential improvements and pro-posing ideas for new offerings in the Fiber broadband space.Assists in filtering and presenting product innovation opportunities to senior managements. Product Quality AssuranceParticipates in service configuration checks/verifications, UATs, and product quality evaluations to ensure a seamless customer experience.Supports ongoing collaborate with stakeholder for product testing and feedback col-lection to enhance the customer journey. Go-To-Market (GTM) SupportCollaborates with the Marketing team in creating GTM materials, including data sheets, training guides, and promotional contentAssists in coordinating the GTM process by advising on effective channels and media.Elevation performance before/after GTM Business Performance SupportMonitors and reports on product KPIs, ensuring alignment with business plan targets.Supports cross-functional communication to promote product benefits, helping achieve overall business objectives. Job RequirementsEducation & QualificationBachelor’s degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent experience in ISP Company.Working ExperienceMinimum of 2 years of experience in product development or a similar role, preferably in the ISP or technology industry.Experience in supporting cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication. Specific SkillsCommunication Skills: Effective communicator, able to support collaboration across departments.Technical Understanding: Ability to grasp new technologies and translate technical attributes into customer-oriented benefits.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and quantitative abilities for data interpretation and product assessment.Prioritization & Organization: Capable of managing multiple tasks, aligning them with business priorities and clearly differentiation of business flow. External Work Relationsmaintain professional working attitudes that maintains and promote the company core values.Foster effective teamwork and cross-departmental collaboration.
