And your colleagues will be there to motivate and inspire you every step of the way.Reporting to the China Head of Marketing, the Offline Activation Manager is responsible for developing and executing impactful offline marketing initiatives that bring the brand to life through physical experiences. This role ensures seamless implementation of brand activations, events, sponsorships, and trade marketing activities, driving consumer engagement, brand awareness, and sales growth across key markets.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, manage, and execute offline activation campaigns, including events, roadshows, sampling, in-store promotions, and sponsorships.Translate marketing and brand strategies into compelling, on-the-ground experiences.Collaborate with internal teams (Brand, Sales, Digital and Trade Marketing) to ensure alignment across channels.Manage relationships with external agencies, event organizers, vendors, and suppliers to deliver high-quality activations on time and within budget.Oversee budget planning, cost tracking, and ROI analysis for all offline campaigns.Ensure brand consistency across all offline touchpoints and materials.Analyze post-activation performance, gather consumer feedback, and share insights to improve future campaigns.Identify new opportunities for experiential marketing and local brand engagement.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.5+ years of experience in event management, brand activation, or trade marketing (FMCG, retail, or lifestyle industries preferred).Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results under pressure.Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.Passion for creating memorable brand experiences and strong attention to detail.Fluent in EnglishPutting People FirstOne of the ways we amplify careers is by helping our people achieve their full potential.
