Position Overview:A pivotal role in shaping the company’s SEA market strategy by leveraging data analytics, market research, and consumer insights. This individual will be responsible for analyzing market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and providing strategic recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a highly analytical, forward-thinking professional with a proven track record in the Consumer (FMCG) industry and a deep understanding of SEA market.Key Responsibilities:Market Research & Analysis:Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and competitive dynamics in the SEA market.Analyze sales data, market share, and consumer behavior to uncover growth opportunities and potential risks.Monitor industry developments, regulatory changes, and macroeconomic factors that could impact the business.Consumer Insights:Lead qualitative and quantitative research initiatives to understand consumer needs, motivations, and purchasing behaviors.Translate consumer insights into actionable strategies for product development, marketing, and sales.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consumer-centric decision-making across the organization.Business Analytics:Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and predictive models to track key performance metrics and business outcomes.Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize pricing, distribution, and promotional strategies.Identify and prioritize high-impact business opportunities through advanced analytics and scenario modeling.Strategic Leadership:Partner with senior leadership to define and refine the company’s SEA market strategy.Present insights and recommendations to executive stakeholders in a clear, compelling, and actionable manner.Act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team, providing thought leadership on market trends and business opportunities.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with marketing, sales, product development, and supply chain teams to align strategies and drive execution.Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement across the organization.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.8+ years of experience in business analysis, market research, or consumer insights, preferably within the FMCG industry.Proven track record of success in the SEA market, with a deep understanding of consumer trends and consumer behavior.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI and etc)Proficiency in statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques to provide business insights and advises for any essential issueExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.Business parter, strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and drive results in a fast-paced environment.Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams.
