We are a highly motivated team and excited to get to know you.You'll make an impact byProduct Marketing Manager take the responsibility from PLM view local BU to oversee all sales and marketing activities and eventsDefine and drive local BU marketing strategy includes product with corporate communication in SI group and Siemens ChinaDrive development of local BU marketing structure and processCollaborate with EA S and EA VA for target regions/verticalterms of market value proposition. Drive development for local BU market image build up andCollaborate with EA Strategy, EA S and EA VA and provide supportive Improve customer engagement from marketing perspectivesLeadership & Team ManagementLead and manage team, ensuring role clarify, provide coachingperformance cultureEnsure team is positioned for success with high productivityEnsure team competency development continuously.Your defining qualities 6+ years working experience in business development /strategy /key account management, having MV and LV switchgear field experience is preferable.Proven track record in his/her success in this field and industry.Working experience in multinational companies.Ability to think strategically and to lead.Ability to read, analyze and translate into action financial profit and loss statements.
