As the key leader of the group's brand growth engine, fully oversee the strategic upgrading of the brand matrix covering the two major categories of skincare and color cosmetics. Drive the improvement and expansion of the group's existing scale through internal and external resource integration, full-link marketing innovation, and differentiated brand building.Brand Strategy Formulate the medium and long-term development strategies for the group and its affiliated brands, clarify the differentiated positioning of skincare and color cosmetics categories (e.g., skincare focuses on "professional efficacy" while color cosmetics emphasizes "emotional experience"), and take the lead in extracting core brand values and building communication systems.Promote brand upgrading in line with industry trends to create perceptible brand recognition.Resource Integration OperationInternal integration: Connect the data links of R&D, supply chain, e-commerce, and offline channels, and establish an inter-brand resource sharing mechanism (e.g., ingredient technology from the skincare line feeding back to new color cosmetics products, integrated display of both categories in offline experience stores).External integration: Utilize various resources and approaches, expand the cross-border cooperation ecosystem, build a full-channel KOL/KOC resource matrix, and achieve efficient resource reuse.Full-Link Marketing ManagementLead the incubation of new products from 0 to 1 and the lifecycle operation of blockbuster products, driving the company to generate more hit products and top-tier categories.Coordinate the linkage of online and offline full channels, innovate gameplay such as short video content marketing, live e-commerce, and refined private domain operations, so as to improve user conversion and repurchase rates.Team and Performance ManagementBuild a marketing team covering modules such as content, media, e-commerce, and cross-border cooperation, and establish a KPI system centered on GMV, brand visibility, and user growth.Establish a data review mechanism, continuously optimize marketing strategies through consumer behavior analysis, and ensure the achievement of brand growth goals.QualificationsMore than 10 years of marketing experience in the beauty industry, including at least 5 years as CMO/marketing director in group-type enterprises; candidates with hands-on experience in both skincare and color cosmetics categories are preferred.Possess quantifiable brand upgrading cases: such as leading the brand to achieve annual sales growth, increasing the revenue proportion of blockbuster products, and delivering results in cross-border cooperation ROI.Result-oriented, with both strategic foresight and practical execution capabilities.
