We use sustainable practices that support a healthy planet, build stronger communities, and ensure our business thrives for decades to come.Position OverviewAs the Talent Marketing Regional Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving Kimberly-Clark’s employer brand and talent marketing strategy across your designated region. Based in China, this role requires a deep understanding of the local talent landscape, cultural nuances, and market-specific insights. You will be responsible for localizing and executing global talent marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with the company’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP), and enhancing Kimberly-Clark’s reputation as an employer of choice.You will collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Communications, and external agency partners to deliver impactful, insight-driven campaigns that attract and engage top talent across diverse ExpectationsThis role will be based in China and is accountable for both internal and external talent marketing. You will work closely with Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, and Communications teams, and report to the Global Talent Marketing Manager. Occasional travel across APAC may be required for regional alignment and collaboration.You are expected to have specialized knowledge of employer branding, talent marketing, and/or consumer marketing practices. You will provide internal customers with sound talent marketing strategy and consultation, and exceptional tactical implementation. You will also partner with local talent marketing agency vendors for marketing research, planning, and execution.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Consultation & PlanningPartner with Talent Acquisition, HR, and Communications teams to understand immediate and long-term talent needs.Localize and implement global talent marketing strategies to meet regional hiring goals.Maintain consistency of the Employer Brand across the end-to-end talent experience while adapting messaging for local markets and talent segments.Campaign Development & ExecutionLead the creation and execution of regional talent marketing campaigns, including messaging, positioning statements, and promotional content.Manage regional content calendars and ensure timely delivery of campaigns aligned with business priorities.Execute organic and paid social media campaigns across local channels for China (WeChat, Little Red Book) and other APAC regions Collaborate with agency partners to conduct market research and optimize campaign performance.Stakeholder EngagementBuild strong relationships with internal stakeholders to align talent marketing efforts with business objectives.Influence and guide cross-functional teams through effective communication and strategic insights.Performance Measurement & OptimizationMonitor campaign effectiveness using performance data and insights.Recommend improvements and adjustments to enhance campaign ROI and candidate engagement.Monitor competitor employer branding activities and provide insights to inform Kimberly-Clark’s positioning in the talent market.Monitor and respond to social media queries and reviews to maintain a positive brand presence.Employer Brand AdvocacyChampion Kimberly-Clark’s EVP across all talent touchpoints.Localize the EVP by identifying local proof points that resonate with regional talent, while ensuring alignment and consistency with the overarching Enterprise EVP.Partner with the content team to showcase local employee stories and support storytelling initiatives that highlight authentic employee experiences, company culture, and career opportunities.Project LeadershipManage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and alignment with regional goals.Provide strategic and tactical support for other talent marketing or talent acquisition initiatives as needed.Core CompetenciesSpeaking & Presentation SkillsKnowledge of Simplified Chinese and English is required, with a strong command of spelling, grammar, writing mechanics, and punctuation in both languages.Communicates clearly and effectively, both one-on-one and in small group settings.Prepares and delivers well-structured, concise, and engaging content for various audiences.MeasurementUnderstands the tools and technologies that drive effective data analysis.Displays an emerging ability to contextualize data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.Proposes metrics and success measures at the beginning of individual communications projects.Outcomes FocusedRecognizes the business objective behind marketing plans and identifies the desired results.Understands the difference between value-added and non-value-added work and seeks guidance when unsure.Active ListeningExhibits empathy when listening and accurately interprets intended messages.Reflects & summarizes others’ comments to ensure understanding.Audience UnderstandingDemonstrates ability to tailor message content, positioning, and delivery based on target audience.Exhibits awareness of cultural sensitivities and nuances across markets and geographies;
