This is a strategic role focused on acquiring large corporate clients in Central and South America, building strong long-term relationships, and positioning Grupo Ficohsa as their preferred financial partner.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Acquisition & Prospecting: Identify and approach prospective corporate clients in key sectors across local, regional, and international markets.Relationship Building: Establish strong, trust-based relationships with senior decision-makers (CEOs, CFOs, Treasurers) to understand their strategic financial needs.Solution Structuring: Collaborate with product specialists to design and deliver integrated financial solutions — including cash management, trade finance, FX, structured lending, factoring, structured finance and capital markets services.Portfolio Growth: Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of high-potential accounts, ensuring revenue growth and profitability with clientes located en Central and South America. Risk & Compliance Management: Assess creditworthiness, monitor portfolio performance, and ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to position the bank competitively.Cross-Selling: Leverage internal networks to connect clients with the full suite of Grupo Ficohsa’s products and services.Deal Negotiation: Lead negotiations on pricing, terms, and contracts to secure high-value agreements.Client Onboarding & Experience: Oversee seamless onboarding of new clients, ensuring excellent service delivery from day one.Representation & Networking: Represent the bank at corporate events, trade shows, and industry forums to build brand presence and relationships.What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (Master’s preferred).Minimum 2–5 years in corporate banking, institutional sales, or business development within an international or regional bank.Proven track record in acquiring and managing large corporate clients.Strong financial acumen and understanding of complex banking products.Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.Proactive, self-driven, and highly target-oriented.Fully bilingual (Spanish and English) is a must.
