With a global team of 80+ people, ZIWO is the tech company where innovation meets impact.About The RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented Onboarding & Network Delivery Specialist to support the successful onboarding, activation, and technical delivery of new clients on ZIWO’s platform. In this role, you will combine customer onboarding coordination with hands-on technical implementation, ensuring clients are properly configured, network-ready, and operational while collaborating closely with internal teams and clients.What You’ll Be DoingAssist in planning, scheduling, and executing onboarding sessions and client communicationsSupport customers in setting up ZIWO platform configurations and activation requirementsConduct technical readiness checks, including basic network and VoIP validationAssist with VoIP setup, SIP configuration, and connectivity troubleshooting during onboardingGuide clients through onboarding documentation, technical guidelines, and training materialsTrack onboarding and activation progress and escalate technical or operational blockers to senior teamsMaintain accurate CRM updates, onboarding tasks, and delivery documentationCollect client feedback post-activation and support follow-up actionsWhat You BringBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Networks, Telecommunications, or a related field2–4 years of experience in customer onboarding, technical delivery, or implementation roles, or networking/VoIP/telecom support in a B2B or SaaS environmentStrong organizational, follow-up, and task ownership skillsWorking knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, firewalls) and basic to intermediate VoIP concepts (SIP, RTP, codecs, QoS)CCNA certification required; CCNP is a strong plusAbility to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical clientsFluent in English & ArabicProficient in customer orientation, technical problem solving, communication, networking & VoIP knowledge, and collaborationWhy Join ZIWOCompetitive salary and comprehensive benefitsDynamic, collaborative, and supportive work environmentCollaborate with high-performing teamsContribute to a tech company transforming customer communications in the MENA regionClear pathways for career growth and professional developmentZIWO is an equal opportunity employer.
