Our flagship solution, Cuick Trac, is a managed virtual enclave built to simplify compliance with CMMC Level 2, NIST SP 800-171, and DFARS 252.204-7012, 7019, 7020, and 7021. We partner with small and mid-sized businesses to protect Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and other sensitive data through a powerful mix of secure technology, hands-on expertise, and education. Our mission is to make compliance faster, easier, and more effective—so our clients can focus on theirs. About the Role We’re seeking an Onboarding Specialist with strong interpersonal skills and a working understanding of IT and cloud environments—particularly within Microsoft’s Azure Government. You’ll be the welcoming face of Cuick Trac, guiding new clients from contract handoff to full adoption of our managed enclave. While this role requires comfort discussing infrastructure and compliance concepts, it does not involve technical setup or implementation. Instead, you’ll focus on coordination, communication, and ensuring every client feels confident and supported as they transition into Cuick Trac. This is a role for someone who loves connecting with people, simplifying complex topics, and helping organizations take their first confident steps toward a successful CMMC compliance program. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients during onboarding. Coordinate all onboarding milestones—from kickoff through full user adoption in Cuick Trac. Build strong, trusted relationships with each client’s Program Champion, ensuring they’re informed, trained, and empowered. Lead kickoff calls, training sessions, and progress check-ins that are both informative and engaging. Collaborate closely with internal teams (technical, compliance, customer success, and support) to ensure a seamless customer experience. Track and document onboarding activities in internal systems. Identify and address any barriers to onboarding success. Collect and share feedback to improve onboarding processes and materials. What You Bring 2+ years in onboarding, customer success, client coordination, or project management—ideally in a SaaS, cybersecurity, or IT services environment. A natural communicator who can translate technical topics into plain language. A mid-level understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud systems, or Microsoft Azure environments. Highly organized and dependable, with a proactive approach to managing multiple projects. Patience and professionalism when guiding clients through new or complex processes. Confidence leading meetings and training small groups virtually. Preferred:Familiarity with CMMC, NIST, DFARS, or federal contracting environments. Experience in cybersecurity, compliance, or technical B2B service roles. Prior exposure to Microsoft’s Azure Government environment (conceptual understanding only). What Success Looks Like Clients feel supported, confident, and informed throughout onboarding. Program Champions are empowered to manage internal adoption effectively. Onboarding timelines and deliverables are met consistently. Optimized front-end workflows that reduce support interactions per user. Feedback from clients highlights your clarity, professionalism, and approachable style. Why Join Beryllium InfoSec Play a vital role in protecting data that supports the U.S. defense supply chain. Join a team that’s passionate, mission-driven, and genuinely collaborative. Competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for professional growth. Supervisory Responsibilities:This position has no supervisory responsibilities.Ready to make an impact? Apply today and help organizations start their Cuick Trac journey with confidence and clarity.
