Job Description

This position is entry level and is a one year contract role with our direct client. This position requires a 4 question video interview with resume submission. The role is 100% remote.Pay rate, $23.00/hour on a w2. Day-to-day responsibilities focus on supporting customer success managers with client onboarding and issue resolution, and maintaining accurate onboarding documentation.Work closely with customer success managers to onboard clients onto various platforms, ensuring all onboarding documents are complete, and alerting managers if information is missing so they can follow up with clients.Onboarding Documentation: The position requires processing onboarding documents, primarily in Excel, and ensuring all required information is present to keep the onboarding process moving forward.Individual will assist with client issues post-onboarding, such as locating invoices within internal platforms, and may need to coordinate with different functional groups to resolve these issExcel Proficiency: Candidates must demonstrate the ability to use Excel functions such as pivot tables and VLOOKUP, as these are essential for managing large account lists and organizing onboarding information.
