Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR & Recruitment Officer to support the daily operations of our HR department, with a primary focus on recruitment. The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of experience in HR and/or recruitment, preferably within the Forex or financial services industry. This role is perfect for someone looking to grow their career in HR while contributing to a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent AcquisitionManage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers. Draft and post job descriptions across various platforms.

Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs. Partner with the CHRO and hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide timely updates. HR OperationsSupport day-to-day HR administration including employee records, contracts, and HR files. Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth integration for new hires. Assist with the immigration process for non-EU residents, including the issuance of work permits and related documentation. Handle employee insurance matters, including onboarding and offboarding with the insurance provider. Maintain accurate HR databases, reports, and documentation. Support employee engagement initiatives and HR projects as required.

Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws. RequirementsBachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in HR and/or recruitment. Previous experience in the Forex, financial services is a strong advantage. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in MS Office. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. What We OfferOpportunity to grow and develop within a multinational company.
